COACH KYLE:
Meet Kyle! She is an identical twin originally from Boulder, Colorado who has spent the last four years living in Dallas, Texas. With over 5 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Bodybuilding Specialist, Kyle is passionate about helping women transform their lives through fitness and achieve their health and wellness goals. Her expertise and dedication have earned her a reputation as a trusted fitness professional in the industry.
But Kyle's journey in fitness doesn't end there; she goes beyond the gym to challenge herself in the world of competitive bodybuilding. As a 5x Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini Competitor, she understands the commitment, discipline, and hard work required to achieve peak physical performance. Her experience in the competitive arena allows her to provide valuable insights and training techniques that will take your fitness journey to new heights.
When she’s not coaching her clients or working on her own fitness goals Kyle can be found exploring the outdoors, traveling to new countries and cities, brunching with friends or hanging out with her 1-year-old Italian Greyhound, Giovanni.
COACH SHANNON:
Meet Shannon! She too is from Boulder, Colorado and lives in Dallas, Texas! Shannon has 8 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help women transform their lives through health and fitness.
Shannon's fitness journey has been a diverse and exciting one. From competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions, she knows what it takes to push her limits and achieve remarkable physical feats. Shannon’s focus has now shifted towards a more balanced and sustainable approach to lifestyle fitness. She understands the importance of embracing a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle that extends beyond the gym and promotes overall well-being.
Shannon's coaching style is rooted in a strength-based approach. She knows that building strength not only helps in achieving fitness goals but also empowers women to conquer challenges in all aspects of life.
Outside the gym, Shannon is a foodie at heart, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time outdoors hiking and skiing. Apart from her love for fitness and the outdoors, Shannon has an eye for fashion — appreciating style and creativity in all forms.
